We understand that bringing together a full team of 14 participants isn’t always possible. If that’s the case, you’re very welcome to register your smaller group as individual participants in one of our centralised workshops.
A quick note about the ASQ-TRAK Tool Kit and Toy Kit
Our workshops are held over two consecutive days, hands-on and interactive, giving participants the chance to use the ASQ-TRAK Tool Kit and Toy Kit in small groups.
Please note that each workshop requires 5 ASQ-TRAK Tool Kits and 5 Toy Kits. You can hire kits from our team or purchase them from the Royal Children's Hospital. Pricing details are outlined in the information guide.
Our team will work with you closer to the workshop dates to find out how many tool and toy kits you may need.
The ASQ-TRAK Tool Kit is the developmental screening tool used throughout the workshop and is separate from the Toy Kit. It includes all 21 questionnaires and comes in a durable, easy-to-transport cardboard box. Inside, you’ll find the questionnaires, flip charts, user guide, and all essential resources required to confidently administer the ASQ-TRAK.
The ASQ-TRAK Toy Kit contains 21 individual items that are wide and varied for the administration of the ASQ-TRAK. All the items are collated into a duffle bag for easy storage and transportation.
We use the ASGS remoteness scale to determine how remote your workshop venue is. As remoteness can affect workshop costs, please check how your proposed venue is classified using the Health Workforce Locator and select from the options below.
